Remote operation has become an established practice, especially through the use of remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.), which are now widely used.
However, there are scenarios where these solutions are not optimal:

The teleassistance router (VPNMAN Site Gateway) allows for remote site connection in Plug&Play mode. Through a client installed on their PC, users can connect to the remote site and directly operate the devices present.
No configurations are required either on the user’s PC or the remote site.
The entire process is completely transparent to the user:
SiteGateway is the device used to connect remote devices to the VPNMAN platform.
Installed on-site, it enables remote connectivity for all devices present in the local network. This ensures that all equipment can be accessed and managed securely through the VPNMAN platform, providing efficient remote monitoring and control of the entire network.
Users (technicians, operators, etc.) access remote devices through the AccessClient software.
